The median sales price for homes in ZIP code 92011 in Carlsbad from Oct 10 to Dec 10 was $640,000 based on 73 sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price increased 0.6%, or $3,688, and the number of sales decreased 15.1%. San Diego Housing Affordability on the Rise

Current real estate trends in San Diego continue to favor the current consumers. On the latest reports released this week, The National Association of Homebuilders/Wells Fargo Housing Opportunity Index found county affordability on the rise. During the third quarter of the year, the median sales price of county homes was $325,000. In relevance to measure of affordability, HOI doesn’t reflect pressure in the rental market. Stable home prices, low mortgage rates could gas economy
