Shafran Ranks Among Top 1% In Nation
Alan Shafran, of The Alan Shafran Group in Carlsbad, was awarded the PREA 100 award for ranking among the nation’s top-producing real estate agents, at the Prudential Real Estate’s Sales Convention at the San Diego Convention Center last month.
The award recognizes the top 100 producers in Prudential Real Estate’s network of 68,000 agents. Among these agents, Shafran ranked 26 for residential gross commission income for 2006.

Top Agents Give Tech Tips at National Convention
Three of the nation’s top real estate agents discussed how technology can affect your business, at the Prudential Real Estate sales convention in San Diego last month. Among these panelists was San Diego’s own Alan Shafran of The Alan Shafran Group in Carlsbad.
Shafran, Prudential California Realty’s top-producing North County coastal real estate agent, has built his business on the concept that technology keeps a business up to date, up to speed, and thus ahead of its competition. He shared that philosophy with fellow convention attendees.
“Having the latest in technology allows you to spend your time focusing not only on what your clients need, but what they want - and that’s what truly makes the difference,” explained Shafran.
The panel focused on the latest tools that agents can use to streamline their business and to earn them more sales, while spending less money and in less time. Shafran also explained how to make a paperless office work and why it is so important to be paperless in your dealings.
